We collect only the data needed to run the service: account details (name, email), enquiry details (contacts you submit with your consent) and technical logs. Enquiry contacts are shared with a licensed local real-estate agent only after your explicit consent, recorded with a timestamp and the exact consent text. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@polite.homes - we then anonymize your lead. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). We do not sell personal data to third parties beyond the consented agent handover.
