The assistant
What the AI actually does
It sits on the listing. It answers factual questions from the page. When the buyer wants a viewing, it takes a name, phone and email and sends that to you.
On the listing, not a call centre
The chat is on the property page. The buyer never leaves the home they already liked.
Whatever language they type
Local buyers included. If someone writes in English at 21:00, the assistant still answers. You decide if you take the viewing.
You stay the agent
No shared lead. We do not call the client for you. The enquiry is a contact for your office — you close it as you always do.
This is not a feed of foreign clients
A few agencies told us they do not want international buyers. Fair. Polite Homes is for people already looking at your kind of stock — including locals who write after hours. If a foreign enquiry arrives, ignore it. The point is the ones you currently lose because nobody answered.
