The apartment is on the second floor and as soon as you enter it you get amazed by the huge space it has with a high ceiling. You have an open plan with a kitchen/dining/living area, a study room, and a guest toilet. Further in you have three double bedrooms and all three have an ensuite (one has a walk-in wardrobe) and in the end, you have a washroom and back terrace with privacy. two lock-up garages is optional on request. The apartment is finished with high quality but it's unfurnished at the moment. If there's interest in having it furnished the monthly rent will be different. Worth to see though!
